I ordered a pair of prescription glasses and unfortunately had a poor experience with both updates and customer service. A week after placing the order, I was informed that my frames were being customized, which included fitting my prescription lenses and packaging. I was told I could expect my glasses to be ready to ship within 7-15 business days. However, the process seemed much longer than expected. I was left wondering how long it really takes to simply install prescription lenses into a frame, tighten screws, inspect, package, and ship. I sent two follow-up emails but received no responses, even though I understand they were closed for 8 days due to the Easter holiday. It was frustrating that there was no automated update or any communication regarding the status of my order. After 25 days, I finally received a shipment notification with a tracking number, but the product hadn’t actually shipped yet. It seems the carrier hadn’t received the product at the time the tracking was generated. It seems to take a month or longer to receive prescription glasses, which is much slower than expected. There are likely faster alternatives from larger suppliers if timely delivery is a priority. On the positive side, I’ve had good experiences with ordering replacement frames, which shipped within a few days. I was hoping for the same efficiency with my prescription order, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company for prescription glasses. It’s unfortunate, as I wanted to make this my go-to for optical needs.
