When I received my contacts in other years, I was very happy. This year, I was able to get a discount but had to pay for shipping (3-5 days). Today, after 4 days, I questioned the order and was told the contacts I ordered weren't in stock, so I have to wait another 3-5 days. Not a happy customer. I wish I had been told this right after I ordered them. I could have ordered them somewhere else and gotten them quicker. Why pay for shipping if they aren't arriving in the time I paid for?
