Won’t ever order from EZ Contacts again. Not only was the order delayed in a lengthy observance of a religious holiday (which was not communicated)but I eventually received goofy blue tinted prescription “sunglasses”. I immediately sent an inquiry email to seek assistance in having the correct lenses cut- a rep requested a photo of the glasses via email, which was promptly sent. Days of waiting and no reply- I again sent an email asking if anyone was addressing the issue. As expected- no reply. Due to zero communications- I was forced to initiate a return at my own expense. Without ANY communication after sending the glasses back, I received an email requesting to charge me an additional $89.99 on top of what I had paid AND the return shipping fee. Nobody called/emailed or otherwise attempted to correct the issue. It wasn’t until I was forced to call- which was not answered by a live person- I eventually received a return call and requested a refund. The experience was awful. The communication was absent and while I was hoping to simply receive new prescription sunglasses- I was sent what looked like “as seen on TV” Blue Blockers in Oakley frames. Lastly- there has been ZERO effort on EZ’s part to fix the issue, offer a replacement or anything otherwise.
