My review is 2-part. The frames I selected were exactly what I was looking for. They fit well, were good quality, super cute. However, they could not get the prescription right. I sent them back three times. The third time coming back to me (after 3 months from original order date) they lost them. So I cancelled my order. With that said, I would not use them to fill the prescriptions. Buy the frames and get the prescription filled locally.
Customer service. Phone and email are not get best way to contact them. I called and was on hold so long, they took my number and asked to call me back. It took them 4 hours to call me back. When you email, you get the auto-responder saying they will respond within 1-2 days. They don't. The best way to reach them is through the chat. Once you chat, you may get a follow-up email that you can respond to, and they respond to those emails. I would say, once you get a person, they were very responsive. One of the reviews I read, said they had a difficult time getting a refund. My refund came in within 3 days.
My final resolution was to buy my frames from someone else and have the presciption filled locally. I wish I could give EZ Contacts a higher review. I kept having hope, they would not be my first choice to buy glasses in the future.
