To make matters worse, the frames I ordered were advertised as having a 3-5 business day delivery window, yet it took two months for my order to be completed and shipped! The lack of communication and prolonged delays were beyond frustrating, and their refusal to address my price adjustment request only made the situation worse. Instead of providing an actual resolution, they attempted to offer me a future discount—as if I would ever trust them with another prescription order after this disaster! A future discount is meaningless when a company refuses to respond to basic customer inquiries and blatantly disregards their own advertised delivery times. If you value reliable shipping, responsive support, and companies that actually honor their promises, avoid EZ Contacts at all costs. Their misleading delivery estimates, lack of communication, and inability to provide timely service make them an absolute nightmare to deal with.
