I purchased a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses and heard nothing from EZ Contacts for 3 weeks. When I remembered, I went to the website and found out that the sunglasses were backordered, and they had no clue when they would ship. The website RIGHT NOW says the pair I ordered is available for shipment in 3-5 days.
HORRIBLE customer service. It is now almost a month since ordering, and there is still no info on when or if I will ever get the sunglasses.
