I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received regarding a lost package. I contacted support because I never received my order, which contains contact lenses that I urgently need. Unfortunately, my interaction with the representative, Alison, was unhelpful and frustrating.
Instead of providing a clear solution or escalating the issue, Alison refused to transfer me to someone else who might be able to help. She ended the call abruptly after simply telling me to wait 5–10 business days for an investigation. As a customer relying on this product, that response was incredibly frustrating and dismissive.
I expected more understanding and support, especially in a situation where the product is time-sensitive. I hope the company reviews this interaction and takes steps to improve their service experience for others in the future.
