I made a purchase on 5/8 and since I had to pay for 1-2 business day shipping(free shipping is not available for promotional purchases,a way to get their promotion back) I reached out to Ruth at EZ contacts on 5/14 asking if my shipping fee will be reimbursed since they have not even shipped for a week. She advised me that handling is not part of the time estimated and refused to reimburse me. Somehow the contacts shipped that same day although she said they were out of stock. Overall, the no free shipping on promotional purchases and bad service will have me return to Costco for my contact lens needs. I would not mind waiting for the purchase if free shipping is an option. But charging me 12$ to not ship for a week is just bad service. Especially since the contacts were in stock.
