Waited a month for my glasses. When I called I was told they were unavailable, even though my credit card had been run a month earlier. Some did reach out and state they were available. Finally received them weeks later and they were completely incorrect. Made an appointment with my doctor and they laughed. He couldn't believe how incorrect they were. Tried to contact company 10 times and was never able to speak to customer service, either they were busy or company was closed for a weeks. I will say the return process was easy, but don't feel I should have to pay the return shipping on an incorrect glasses.
