I placed my order for contact lenses on June 30th. I paid an extra fee for 2-Day shipping. As of this morning, July 2nd I still had not seen that it left the warehouse so I reached out on the chat for customer service. After several hours I see that it has now left the warehouse but I will not get it until July 7th. I understand there is a holiday and a weekend but I don't understand why this package was not sent out sooner. Now I will be without contacts and I am not a very happy customer. I feel the extra fee that I paid to have it shipped sooner should be refunded to me. Not sure I will be a repeat customer after this experience.
