I ordered my contacts on July 7th and my contacts are in the process of being shipped 7/14. I received no compensation or phone call from a rep indicating a refund in shipping, a discount for another purchase, etc. it’s been 1 week and my contacts haven’t even been shipped yet. I’ve done business with EZcontacts before but this time it will be my last for my wife and I.
Horrible experience. Disappointing.
