It took one month to ship my order; 35 days to receive it. In that time, I received 62 marketing emails, but not a single update or explanation for the delay. I even received a request to rate my experience when I still didn't have my order.
If it takes this long to ship off-the-shelf eye drops, I won't take the chance to order contacts here.
