I left a much more critical review earlier. I've placed two orders with this company and been very frustrated with the transparency of how long it will take to process and ship my order. Both have arrived past the date I was expecting, one of them weeks late. HOWEVER this most recent one they made it right and my package was shipped next day air even though I only paid for 2 day shipping. I really appreciated that customer service
