I'd like to give them more stars because the folks I've emailed back and forth with seemed nice, but I don't want to have to email back and forth to get satisfaction. First sunglasses I ordered were on backorder apparently (although the website didn't say that), so someone emailed me that info and I picked another pair that was in stock. And I had to email back a couple more times to get the discount applied that was advertised on the website and inquire why my credit card was charged twice (post pending). However, I was sent a size small, which is not what I wanted so I had to pay to ship them back and it's been almost 2 weeks and my credit card still hasn't been refunded. I'm sure I'll have to email them again about why I still haven't received a refund to my credit card. Price was good but won't be ordering from them again.
