I am pleased with the overall outcome. There was what I believe to be a misstep in customer service. I emailed about whether an exchange was possible after opening the product (contacts) . They responded "you can do a refund or exchange if unopened"...not a productive response nor was it timely. I ended up just purchasing another pair. That said. Everything was packaged well, delivered fast and free, product is awesome (Air Optix), ordering is easy and the price is more than fair. What you have is working because I am one of the customers where something turn a bad turn. Although, the business model you've adopted seems to be effective. I bought another set.
