A joke stone walled at every level they send a tech out and he will always go with the store I'd a sofa with a stain sent a guy out with a hair dryer or 50 euro store credit ...never buy from them it's a scam also had a bench delivered with stains no packaging dent in the top and they steam it out ..will not refund it for me I e never used it can't sell it paided 850 euro they are fighting with me on email same woman all the time .I'm now going to court no good will at all with this company ...when u ring it's we send out a technician and he will be byist with the store so it's unfair .
