Horrendous experience with this EZ Living shop. I do not recommend. Mind their complete non-refund policy. Bought the mattress there on Friday for collection on Tuesday. When arrived to collect on Tuesday discovered that the wrong size was ordered (clearly miscommunication between me and shop assistant as we were discussing 4 foot mattress, while talking about 3 foot price). This was a genuine mistake, mattress was not collected and I asked for a refund so I could go and shop for my size mattress elsewhere. Turns out they give no refunds, only store credits, which I do not need. They considered my situation as "change of mind" and were completely unsympathetic to the mistake, sticking to their "terms and conditions", which I only received after paying for the mattress. Company suffered no loss whatsoever due to this genuine mistake but refused to meet customer request for a refund. I am not stuck with their store credit and can't find the mattress their within my budget. Unethical company that I would avoid at all cost in future
