Very happy with the service provided and quick turnaround time so far. Only suggestion is to make that consent form available before making the full payment or to have a different approach on it. It made me think twice about the process. But Ez Smile offered to provide a full refund if I have any concerns. They wanted to make sure that I was happy to proceed.
