I'm only having my upper teeth aligned so even though I answered yes to the questions re gum disease (which effects my lower teeth only) those questions/answers are irrelevant. Furthermore, the questions re the xrays 'I have' I gave mixed answers to because I thought I understood the nature of the question but their specific nature goes beyond my knowledge. That is to say that my dentist Xrayed my teeth a few months ago and said 'All fine' so didn't go into further details
