Does it work - ie, move teeth. Yes. Do I have straight teeth? No - but straighter at least. To be fair, I knew I was always on the moderate side of the scope and was honestly surprised when I was accepted/received a plan. It during was the pandemic so I went ahead with it, both out of curiosity and knowing that anything was better than what I previously had. Years later, I just use the retainers to keep my 'better/straighter but not straight' results. I can see how this works for some people who need a minor tweak and would still recommend EZsmile for them. I just don't think it was for me.
