I feel like it was a waste of money. Not much at all changed and I even used it for almost twice the amount of time suggested to see if they work better but I still have the same problems. My retainer broke in half super quickly and if I leave them off for a night or two my teeth move straight back into the position I was trying to get them out of. So yeah not happy
