I had a few issues with EZ Smile 1. Asked for a review for my top alignments as I want it to be pushed in more but this was ignored. 2. After receiving the alignments none of them fits. I had emailed EZ Smile team which they only replace the bottom aligners and not the top once. I was told to cut the back of the top and bottom aligners to make them fit properly. I felt that the top aligners did not moved my teeth at all. This was also ignored. 3. Apart from constantly cutting the back of ALL my aligners. I have finished and my teeth did not do what I was shown on the 3D app. The top teeth did not moved a bit. The bottom has moved but my teeth is still not straight or nearly straight. The final aligner I wore seem straight but did not moved my teeth to that position.
