I can't add this review without giving 1 star. How biased is that.
The system seems to be help ticket orientated, and not customer orientated.
It is easy to raise a ticket with your problem, but the reply is normally no help at all. Referral to 5 year old training is not helpfull.
What has happened to this company to make them so unhelpful?
