Bought office 365 via Groupon through EZPZ and all went to plan. Very happy

These starting out being very good, but have become absolutely shocking in recent times. I requested, in writing (which was agreed via email with "Chris Danks") that I needed to put the whole website on hold for at least 12 months. suspend payment, and cancel any ongoing service/payments as I didn't have time to do the website (due to a change of job). This was all "understood" from his side, whilst I made sure no DD or SO was still active with my bank on my side, I thought no more of it. however, I have now seen that EZPZ have been stealing money from my account for the last 5 months!! over £350!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour and unless reimbursed I will be going to the police immediately.

FANTASTIC This service is excellent. The staff are efficient, helpful, very skilled in explaining to non techies, and exceptional kind and patient. Having this service host our website has given us so much confidence and security

Superb service. We are a charity with very limited resource. EZPZ has been so helpful in solving so many issues on our website and have really excelled themselves in helping. Every staff person I was in contact with was so helpful, professional, skillful and patient - explaining to a non techie. They also gave great advice on what to use and what plugins etc would be helpful. I really cannot thank them enough for their expertise professionalism kindness and patience. We have been using this service for years, and will continue to do so.

I can't add this review without giving 1 star. How biased is that. The system seems to be help ticket orientated, and not customer orientated. It is easy to raise a ticket with your problem, but the reply is normally no help at all. Referral to 5 year old training is not helpfull. What has happened to this company to make them so unhelpful?

I've found your account and have checked all tickets and chats in the 3+ years that you've been with us and can't find any issues with any of our responses. Other than the ticket asking how to cancel your account the last ticket received was back in May 2017. I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with the support you received however detailed instructions were provided every step of the way.

I have had an issue since June 16. I opened a ticket on July 10 and have been chasing the company to fix the problem ever since. After 3 months of enduring piss-poor inept support, I have decided to cancel the service I have been paying for but not receiving. Advise not doing business with this company.

I have always found those I have dealt with at ezpz to be professional and diligent in pursuing any technical problem I have, and seeing things through until the probem is resolved, Indeed, I have moved some of my business to ezpz in order to further benefit from their excellent support.

Excellent service and impeccable support. I've been a customer of EZPZ since 2015 and have always found the service to be one of the best out there, the support is truly some of the best I have ever experienced with support tickets being answered blazingly fast. I'm such a fan that I've just signed up a second account for a further 3 years. Thanks guys, really excellent work.

They used to be good, and absolutely no issues over the past few years. However since about 1 year they have some money problems and we found that the domain renewals are stuck most of the time due to lack of funds in the reseller account. Even after opening tickets and asking chat support, it usually takes days before their account is funded. If you want to continue using them, I suggest to move the domain hosting away from them. Until now there are no major issues with the servers but experiences like this force us to consider moving the entire business, in case due to money problems they shut down overnight...

We have been a profitable company since 2007 and absolutely do not have any money problems. Occasionally a NetEarthOne domain reseller account does get emptied by large reseller renewals or new orders, at which time new funds are added and any domains that were pending are automatically processed. If you would prefer a different billing method I'd recommend using an Enom reseller account instead, these are also available free of charge through your client area and don't work through a tiered billing system.

I am using ezpzhosting reseller for 2 years and in my opinion, is the best hosting ever. I am Satisfied. Support 24 available. Tickets support also quick response. I highly recommend to everyone this company service.

During the process of migrating my sites to EZPZ Hosting. I contacted live chat support related to a few SSL issues, when talking to an individual of the support team they provided easy and informative answers and managed to check my site regarding the SSL issues which was caused by CloudFlare. They also resend the email related to my sites, which supported my current issue of requiring another email as I recently changed email providers. Without a doubt EZPZ Hosting provides great features, uptime and overall general support and I will be looking in the future for multiple reseller plans for my upcoming business.
