These starting out being very good, but have become absolutely shocking in recent times. I requested, in writing (which was agreed via email with "Chris Danks") that I needed to put the whole website on hold for at least 12 months. suspend payment, and cancel any ongoing service/payments as I didn't have time to do the website (due to a change of job). This was all "understood" from his side, whilst I made sure no DD or SO was still active with my bank on my side, I thought no more of it. however, I have now seen that EZPZ have been stealing money from my account for the last 5 months!! over £350!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour and unless reimbursed I will be going to the police immediately.

I can't add this review without giving 1 star. How biased is that. The system seems to be help ticket orientated, and not customer orientated. It is easy to raise a ticket with your problem, but the reply is normally no help at all. Referral to 5 year old training is not helpfull. What has happened to this company to make them so unhelpful?

I've found your account and have checked all tickets and chats in the 3+ years that you've been with us and can't find any issues with any of our responses. Other than the ticket asking how to cancel your account the last ticket received was back in May 2017. I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with the support you received however detailed instructions were provided every step of the way.

I have had an issue since June 16. I opened a ticket on July 10 and have been chasing the company to fix the problem ever since. After 3 months of enduring piss-poor inept support, I have decided to cancel the service I have been paying for but not receiving. Advise not doing business with this company.
