bought 3 timesfrom ezspace over the past 2 years ( bunk beds, mattresses, trundle bed). Only received 1 damaged item and the replacement was delivered within 2 weeks after reporting this to customer service. Jen was really helpful in finding the record of my order and organising delivery of the replacement at a date suits us. I would use ezspace again and definitely recommend to others.
