Poor customer service, order wall bed & matress in October& didn't receive it until February. Allied express took over 2 weeks to deliver despite constant phone calls to find out where it was (tracking information said it had been delivered twice, but was not!) Then deliveredonly part of the order.
Now have the bed but can't put it together as no accessories kit was included so back to square 1!!
avoid at all cost!
