Turned me away when I got to the hotel, first saying the hotel was full (I showed them the confirmation email) and then saying they won’t accept my passport or driving license as ID proof (they did not say they needed additional IDs at the time of booking). They took my money for the booking (despite saying they won’t) and are now not returning it - I had to Uber to a relative’s house to ultimately stay that night. I copied their CEO Vaibhav Aggarwal, their Co-Founder and Board Member Adarssh Mnpuria and their Board Member Prashanth Prakash from Accel into my communications with their customer service; none of whom bothered to respond to me despite my pleas. On another occasion, I had booked a Fabhotel for my staff members - breakfast was supposed to be included. They asked money from my staff members on the day for breakfast and now won't refund us. If you look at other reviews on websites like Trustpilot, Sitejabber and Facebook, you will notice that I am not the only one who has had an experience like this with Fab Hotels. Be very, very, very careful before handing over your hard-earned money to these guys.
