Embarrassing service, I had booked the hotel after calling the fab customer service regarding early check in... they said that early check in is available and to pay amount at desk.... after reaching they ignored saying that rooms are not available.
Now when I call the customer care, they are keeping phone on hold stating, your phone is transferred, I waited 3 times for 8 mins, spending 20 mins to talk keeping holded.... no response.
The worst service I faced w.r.t hotels...
Kindly don't trust fab hotels, if u have a booking calling the customer care w.r.r early check in.... they have nothing to do with customers requirement, just book and let the customer face later.
