If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a terrible experience with Fabric Wholesale Direct and will not be ordering from them again. I accidentally submitted my order with the wrong address and reached out immediately (within minutes) to correct it. Despite their claim of responding within 24 hours, it took them three full days to get back to me, by which point the order had already shipped. When I asked for a refund or to have a new order sent to the correct address, they refused both. Their response time was the root cause of the issue, yet they took zero responsibility and placed the burden entirely on me. They offered no meaningful resolution and expected me to pay for a second order due to their own delay. Customer service was unhelpful, slow, and dismissive. The entire interaction showed a complete lack of accountability or care for the customer experience. I don’t recommend ordering from this company unless you’re prepared to lose money if anything goes wrong.
