I order one product. It came after two weeks, reasonable for the situation with Covid.
I ask for a return as product didn't fit on me.
Τhey returned the money to me but kept the tax corresponding to my product.
I hope something went wrong otherwise this is illegal.
When you return a product they return the value of the product with tax included.
It has happened to me that they do not return the value of the shipping, reasonable and acceptable.
In no case have I heard of the tax being withheld.
Unacceptable.
