I work from home. and I'm always at home. I told them that the cargo company they work for is still not bringing my cargo. reported that they arrived at two dates and times. Both times I reported that I was definitely at home, the courier did not even ring my bell, did not call me and left no paper. Then call the cargo company, they said it is not our problem. At leat it shouldn't be the way of say. It is a company that never cares about customer satisfaction.
