Bad product quality in clothes. Sizes are like Chinese products and not European. I bought a skirt which was supposed to have a belt made from the same fabric as the skirt ( so it was a part of the peiduct). The belt wasn't included in the package.
They delay the delivery more than the time they mention in the site.
The personnel in the service department is rude and unhelpful.
