I came across the bad reviews after I had placed and payed for the order, so I was ready for a disaster. Forunately, all the items arrived and they were exactly what I saw in their site. The order took some time more than usual to arrive but there was no problem really.
I didn't need to return anything, so I can't comment on customer service...
