They have the worst customer service. I have been shopping Online for years, such a horrible experience I have never had before! Stay away. I have sent an email regarding a paid order regarding the time of delivery, I wrote that if it gets late I will cancel, the answer I got was ok it is cancelled! Without getting my final permission on that and without a reply with the estimated delivery time. When I called the same lady answered and told me you will not tell me what I have to do and was rude! I asked for a superior and she said she was the one. I hope this way someone superior will step in.
