We purchased a scooter through Factorypure that was defective. The bottom section was jammed and would not come apart as noted. When we called them they requested we send a video which we did. They claimed they would send a return label but did not. After many times attempting to contact them the 30 day period ended and we are no longer able to return the defective product. This is for a person with a brain injury on limited income. This was going to be a way for him to get around and now he is out $800 and the ability to get around. I urge you to think twice before making a purchase through Factorypure. They do not honor their products and leave people helpless to even return their defective products.
