We were looking for a very specific model remote floor vac, which was hard to locate. Factorypure had the model, was very quick on the shipping and very responsive on a request we had related to the item. I was very impressed by the customer service. I would have never expected to have someone actually call me to see if we were satisfied with the resolution to a question we previously had addressed via email. In my business, I cannot stress enough about how important customer service is-and these folks were top notch.
