I wasn't familiar with FactoryPure, and had questions about a walk behind leaf blower. I called got the information I needed, the asked how much and how long to get it. I was told shipping was free and within a week, and they were right. The blower was delivered to my doorstep and literally the easiest piece of equipment I've ever bought to put together. The customer service was friendly, polite, and professional. I will definitely shop here again.
