I placed an order with FactoryPure (Order #143793 confirmed) and have sent two emails regarding my purchase. It’s been over 4 days without any response. It’s really disappointing for a company that claims to have 5-star customer service. On top of that, their online chat is always offline. This kind of service is unacceptable
