From start to finish, everything was top class. With sales, I discussed options, so an extra tilt and turn window was added and a deteriorated baseboard replaced. The surveyor was here for an hour and a half to get things right (one large tilt and turn window - door unit and two modest sized windows). Installation went very smoothly and efficiently, with the surveyor's planning clearly helping (the large window - door frame included extensions on the sides, so it could be brought in through all the building's doors). The installation team was efficient, courteous and left the apartment and the building's hallways very clean.
