I have had problems with both doors since they were installed in 2015 Currently my back door needs to remain locked as when we open it we cannot secure again. As a family of girls we contact my son to secure the door when we need to open it. Fairco have not seen fit to prioritise my issue and as a result my house has been left unsecured when I couldn't reach my son to come and lick the door. Needless to say I am extremely unhappy with fairco and will not recommend to others The fact I have had ongoing documented issues and continue to have is totally unacceptable given the price if the doors
