From the moment we stepped into Fairco's showroom, we had a very positive experience, the customer service was fantastic. Their sales staff guided us through the entire decision making process. The engineers triple checked all measurements and specifications, their attention to detail is brilliant. Onsite the fitters did an excellent job, with minimal disruption and they were the tidiest workmen ever. Windows in the front of my house were complete within two days and the finish was 100% amazing - with absolutely no need to redecorate. I dealt with two crews - Reg, Tony, Vas, Mick and their apprentice Harison! They were so professional, friendly, accommodating and respectful of our home.
