Fairymiss are an absolute joke. They take your money and if a problem arises they wont help you. I emailed them about a return and heard nothing so I returned the item to return to sender and now they say after all this they will not refund my money as I haven't got a return label from them. I would never recommend this company to anybody and I have reported them.
