Fantastic service. I ordered a watch online and when it arrived the watch bracelet was too small. I sent an online query to customer services and in just a couple of days the store had arranged for a couple of links to be sent to the store by the watch manufacturer. The links were sent to me by the store (at my request, though I was given the option to return the watch for the links to be added). Links were received within a fortnight of my original enquiry, and I got them put in this weekend. Now loving my new watch and very grateful for the service received. Thanks Noleen, you're a star!
