They made unnecessary calls and sent emails due to my limited English proficiency, requested irrelevant documents and information, and communicated with my ex-husband without cause, all resulting in thousands of pounds in charges. Their solicitor, Karen Agnew Griffith, simply copied the statements from previous solicitors, and because she didn't understand the content, she couldn't even summarize it in front of the judge. She is the worst I have ever met. I would recommend avoiding them.
