Jay the “owner” had reviewed my order via phone and stated the only assembly we had to do was tighten the bolts on the tires and place the rollers over head. I cried when my husband showed me the go- kart arrived in 200 pieces to assemble. I reached out to the company and they have had a terrible attitude with me. I’m a NURSE on the frontline away from home and sent this gift for my kids to enjoy only to receive pieces in a box when that was not what I paid for. RUN AWAY AND NVR ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR THE AFFILIATES.
