Date of Transaction:10/03/2020 Purchased 2021 Amigo Scooter Paid additional shipping fee Received Scooter and the odometer was not working, contacted Jeff and was terrible to deal with. We figured out the cable for the Scooter was missing. We have been emailing back and forth (only way to get in touch with customer service) Received this email:Jeff Backer (FamilyGoKarts.com Support) Mar 18, 2021, 12:18 PM CDT (Purchased in Oct. 2020) I apologize for the delay. We have had a high volume of requests and are working as fast as we can. The manufacturer covers the missing and warranty parts, however they do not cover the complete cost of shipping. There is a reduced flat rate shipping of only $9.95. How would you like to pay the 9.95? The missing part is the responsibility of Family Go Karts this is not a warranty issue, We never received it! This is unacceptable for this issue to take this long and to ask us to pay for shipping when it is their fault!
