The WORSE company EVER. Do NOT buy anything from this company. The woman that can ONLY answer a phone is rude. I have emailed and called to talk to a Techsupport person, but can't get a response. Final was able to get an answer and a price for a new battery but I felt that I shouldn't have to pay $20 in shipping. Its not like I demand it for free. I just felt with the lack of customer service that you should atleast making things right in the end. The other problem is that you have to call them back and give them your credit card information. So, they can send a message to a different person who you are not allowed to speak with and then that person charges your credit card. After that, you will get an email with a confirmation. I don't understand why I can't just talk to the person I need to ask question about the product, the person who will be submitting the order and the person who will be charging my card???? Thats the only way this company functions. Along with being told to find someone else, don't call back, and I'll make sure no one will answer the phone for you. I never yelled or cursed at the woman. I was only asking questions. But I guess I was messing up her Saturday by calling.
