1 month so far since I received my scooter and still no title...So it is useless to me because I can't register it. I bought this to take to the beach for the summer, the summer is over now. I have sent several emails over the past month to the titles email address without even an acknowledgement. When I called the support number they said the reason it takes so long is because they need to receive the paperwork from the warehouse in Texas. That doesn't justify this amount of time. If it said anywhere on the website that it was going to take this long I would have ordered from somewhere else. Infact, it says on the site "you will receive a response back from your email the same day or the next day" after sending an email with your information, and she usually turns it around the next day... Other sites that I was looking at list that the mco comes in the box when it gets delivered. I also had an issue when I received the scooter where it would die a few seconds after starting. I entered a support request and got a response to send a video, which I did. Then, silence.... that was also almost a month ago. I sent several followup emails before I gave up and ordered a new carburetor myself. I don't mind having to order my own parts, gy6s are easy and cheap to fix. That's one of the reasons I ordered this scooter. And I expected this from the other reviews I read. The most frustrating part is that I have no control over getting the title and these people don't seem to care now that they have my money and know noone is going to pay to ship these things back. If you're reading this I'll wave the 60 day warranty if that's why you're taking so long I just want my title....
