After receiving my product and assembling it ,I ask about my upgrade kit and oil that was extra and had to pay for ,it was sent out 3 days later why so late don't know,when I received the kit it had two quarts oil that was differrent then the manual a spark plug wrong one and a can of chain lube,don't know why they sent the chain lube I have a drive shaft nd no chain?so far after two weeks and countless e-mails to support (JEFF) CANNOT get him to send the corrct UPGRADED SPARK PLUG or answer my two questions,so what is going to happen when I have a major issue going by this I will probally have to hire a lawyer,which I already talked to,this is just sorry support no excuse for ignoring a customer that spent a lot of money with them,I was going to buy a atv from them but not now, so beware buy from someone else,these people do not care about service after they sell you a product.
